Tecnoplast is a leading manufacturer of windows and doors. Every day, our know-how and structure allow us to create over 800 frames, fit over 1300 sheets of glass and assemble over 1800 sashes.

Our manufacturing process is made up of four main phases:

1. Cutting and working
   The process begins with cutting and working of the PVC or aluminium profiles, with the addition of a steel strengthening elements (in PVC only) when the structure requires greater rigidity.
2. Welding/Crimping
   The profiles are joined to form the sash or frame. This phases is carried out by welding in the case of PVC profiles and by crimping in the case of aluminium ones.
3. Hardware installation
   The hardware elements, including the elements moving the window or door, are fitted on the sash and frames on automatic production lines or manually on special workbenches.
4. Glazing
   Glazing activities are carried out on dedicated lines and complete the manufacturing cycle, with the windows and doors ready to be packed and shipped.
